What are your standard shipping rates for oversized items like lumber or appliances?
Standard shipping rates are calculated based on weight and distance. For oversized items, we offer flat-rate curbside delivery starting at $75 within a 20-mile radius of our distribution centers. Free shipping is available on most hardware and tool orders over $99.
Do you offer a trade discount for professional contractors?
Yes, we offer the Builders Depot Pro Program. Registered contractors and interior designers are eligible for volume-based discounts, tax-exempt purchasing, and dedicated account management. You can apply via our 'Pro Portal' on the website.
What is your return policy for opened or partially used building materials?
Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 90 days with a valid receipt. We cannot accept returns on custom-cut lumber, tinted paint, or special-order items. Partially used materials are generally non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
How can I track my bulk delivery order?
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. For bulk freight deliveries, our logistics team will call you 24 hours in advance to schedule a specific delivery window.
Are your products covered by a manufacturer's warranty?
All power tools, appliances, and fixtures sold at Builders Depot come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. We also offer extended protection plans for purchase on high-value equipment to cover wear and tear beyond the initial warranty period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. For large-scale projects, we also offer financing through our partner, Affirm, and accept bank wire transfers for Pro account holders.
